These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided under the brand EKSPAND (“EKSPAND”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, consulting, marketing, coaching, appointment-setting, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

• Related growth and digital services

All Services are delivered on a professional best-effort basis.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, leads, or business outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use our Services.

4. Payments and Fees

• Fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed

• Subscriptions may renew automatically

• Late or missing payments may result in suspension or termination of Services

• Payments for digital, consulting, and custom services are generally non-refundable unless required by law

5. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that business and marketing results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
EKSPAND makes no guarantees regarding performance, leads, sales, revenue, or profits.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond in a timely manner

• Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms

• Comply with applicable laws and advertising policies

• Use the Services responsibly and lawfully
Delays or missing cooperation may affect delivery and results.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, frameworks, templates, and materials developed by EKSPAND remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute them without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content or assets you provide to us.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business, financial, and strategic information private during and after the collaboration.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with:

• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• Danish data protection laws

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you collect or provide to us is lawfully obtained.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms and tools (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Stripe, Kajabi, GoHighLevel, and similar providers).

We are not responsible for outages, account bans, policy changes, or failures caused by such third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKSPAND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for one (1) month of Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EKSPAND harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of laws or regulations

• Your infringement of third-party rights

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time with written notice.

Upon termination:

• Access to Services may cease immediately

• Outstanding payments remain due

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical outages, platform failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
